Payments

Card payments on the TicketSoft platform are processed through Stripe, established payment infrastructure used across the industry. Card details are entered with and handled by the payment processor; Stripe's own security measures and certifications apply to Stripe's services.

This organiser website never asks for card details, and the interactive demo takes no payment of any kind.

Digital tickets

Tickets are digital and verifiable. At the gate, the TicketSoft Scanner app validates each QR ticket live and flags duplicate or already-used tickets with the reason on screen, so copies and screenshots don't walk in unnoticed.

TicketSoft's digital ticket infrastructure supports traceable ownership and controlled transfer. No system makes fraud impossible; this one is designed to make it visible and hard.

Organiser access

Organiser teams work in the promoter dashboard with their own access, so team members don't need to share one login to run sales, operations and finance.

This website's own conduct

The organiser website you're reading holds itself to the same standards it describes:

• The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional data. It makes no connection to production systems, requests no camera access and never asks for payment details.
• Forms validate and cap every field, use spam protection, and collect only what the form shows: never payment data, credentials or identity documents.
• Form contents are never sent to analytics, and this site currently loads no third-party analytics or marketing scripts.
• No credentials or secrets live in this website's code.
