Information you give us

You only send us information when you choose to submit a form on this site:

• The organiser application asks for your contact details (name, work email, optional phone number, role), your organisation's details (name, optional website, country, optional city or region, organiser type) and an event profile (event and ticket volumes as ranges, typical price range, optional current provider, optional next event date, what you'd like help with, optional context, and how you heard about TicketSoft).
• The contact form asks for your name, work email, optional organisation, the purpose of your message and the message itself.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to review your application or enquiry and to respond to you, as stated next to each form.

Marketing updates are separate. We only send them if you tick the optional marketing box, which is never pre-selected, and you can opt out at any time.

Information that stays in your browser

The interactive product demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional data. Anything you type into it stays on your device in session storage and is cleared when you close the tab. It is never sent to us.

The organiser application saves your draft answers in the same way, so a page reload doesn't lose your progress during a session. Drafts are cleared when you submit successfully or close the tab, and are never sent to us before you submit.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without analytics or marketing cookies, and nothing optional runs unless you allow it through the cookie choices shown on your first visit (and available any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer). Your choice itself is kept as a small first-party record in your browser's local storage.

If you allow analytics and analytics is enabled on the site, we collect privacy-conscious usage events (such as a page being viewed or the demo being started) through Mixpanel, configured to use its EU data endpoint, together with a random identifier stored in your browser. These events never include your name, contact details, form answers or anything you type into the demo. If you withdraw analytics consent, tracking stops and the identifier is deleted.

No marketing tools are connected to this site, and no marketing preference is collected while that is the case. If that changes, we'll ask before enabling them. See the Cookies page for the current position.

Your choices

Fields marked optional really are optional: provide only what you're comfortable sharing.
