This page explains what business.ticketsoft.com stores in your browser. The short version: the site works without analytics or marketing cookies.
Essential operation
Everything you need to use this site (reading pages, trying the demo, applying) works without any consent-based cookies. We don't gate ordinary use of the site behind a consent wall.
Browser session storage
Two features keep working data in your browser's session storage rather than cookies: the interactive product demo (fictional data you can edit) and the organiser application's draft autosave. Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you close the tab.
Analytics and marketing
Analytics is off by default, and no analytics tool is running on this site today: allowing the analytics category currently enables nothing and contacts no third party.
If we do enable it, allowing analytics would send privacy-conscious usage events to Mixpanel using its EU data endpoint, and would store a random identifier in your browser's local storage. Those events would never contain your form answers or anything you type into the demo. Withdrawing consent stops tracking and deletes that identifier.
No marketing tools are connected to this site, so marketing stays off and there is nothing to enable. If that changes, we'll ask before enabling them, with specific information about what would run.
Managing storage in your browser
You can clear session storage and cookies at any time through your browser's settings. The site keeps working. You'd simply lose an in-progress demo session or application draft.
