The launch offer: your first 1,000 paid tickets, with no TicketSoft platform fee. Payment processing applies. Available to approved new organisers. Terms apply.

These terms explain the offer in plain language. They are a draft for review and will be finalised before TicketSoft's public launch.

Who is eligible

The offer is available to new organisers whose application is approved by TicketSoft. Eligibility remains subject to application review.

The offer is available once per organiser legal entity and per connected Stripe account. Organisers who have previously ticketed with TicketSoft are not eligible.

Application deadline

Applications must be submitted by 23:59 Irish time on 31 October 2026.

An application submitted before the deadline and approved afterwards remains eligible.

What is waived and what still applies

The TicketSoft platform fee is waived on the first 1,000 paid tickets.

Stripe and other payment-processing fees still apply and are not waived.

TicketSoft's standard published rates apply from paid ticket 1,001.

Which tickets count

Only paid, completed and non-refunded tickets count towards the allowance.

  • Complimentary tickets do not count and carry no TicketSoft fee.
  • Test tickets do not count and carry no TicketSoft fee.
  • Cancelled tickets do not count and carry no TicketSoft fee.
  • Refunded tickets do not count and carry no TicketSoft fee.
  • Charged-back tickets do not count and carry no TicketSoft fee.

How long you have to use it

The allowance applies for 12 months following approval of your application.

Tailored commercial agreements

The offer cannot be combined with an individually tailored commercial agreement unless TicketSoft approves the combination explicitly.

Abuse and duplicate entities

Abuse of the offer, duplicate entities and re-registration attempts are excluded. TicketSoft may decline or withdraw the offer where it reasonably believes these terms are not being met.
