How do I create an event?
From the Events section of TicketSoft Studio. You can try the whole flow before you apply: the demo on our homepage is the real dashboard running on fictional data in your browser.
Can I change my event after tickets have already sold?
Contact us before making a material change to a live event, especially its date, venue or format. Changes may require attendee communications or refund options. We can help you establish what needs to be updated.
Can I run a multi-day or recurring event?
Tell us the dates, sessions and access each ticket needs to cover. We'll confirm the right setup before you go on sale.
Can I make an event private or unlisted?
If an event needs restricted visibility, contact us before publishing so we can confirm the available options.
Do you support allocated or reserved seating?
Not today. TicketSoft handles general admission, and that covers most club, festival and venue events in Ireland. If your event needs seat-by-seat allocation, tell us when you apply so we can be straight with you about fit.
