Getting started
Applying, approval, and what happens before your first event goes on sale.
How do I start selling with TicketSoft?
Apply through the form on this site. It takes two short stages: your details, then your events. The TicketSoft team reviews every application before onboarding and follows up using the details you give.
Why do you review every organiser instead of letting anyone sign up?
Because every event ticketed through TicketSoft appears in front of our audience, and we stand behind what is listed. Reviewing applications is also what lets us offer same-day withdrawal to approved organisers rather than holding everyone's money until after the event.
What happens after I apply?
Send us your event details through the application form. We'll get in touch about getting started, your ticketing requirements and connecting payments. If you have a planned on-sale date, include it in your enquiry.
Who is TicketSoft for?
Irish clubs, festivals and venues. We built it for organisers running real events on the ground in Ireland, which is why the discovery side of the platform is Irish audiences looking for what is on near them.
Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a minimum?
Any contract term, minimum commitment or exclusivity is set out in the commercial terms agreed with you before you get started. Ask us to confirm the arrangement for your organisation.
Still stuck? Talk to TicketSoft and we will work through it with you.
