How does discovery placement work?

Events ticketed through TicketSoft in Ireland receive featured placement in the TicketSoft homepage hero, where audiences browse for what is on.

Does it cost extra to appear in discovery?

TicketSoft's current offer for Irish organisers includes featured placement on TicketSoft. Placement is not a guarantee of ticket sales. We'll confirm any separately agreed promotion and charges with you.

Can I sell tickets from my own website?

Yes. You can link from your website to your published TicketSoft event page. If you need checkout embedded within your own site, ask us to confirm the available integration.

Can I export my customer list?

TicketSoft provides organisers with attendee information needed to run their events. Contact us to confirm the export options and fields available for your account. Use that information for the permitted event purposes and handle it securely.

Can I email people who came to my last event?

Event-service messages and marketing are different. A previous ticket purchase does not automatically give you permission to send promotional emails. Check the applicable permissions before using attendee details for marketing, and ask us about the available sending or export options.
