What kinds of ticket can I sell?
General admission tickets, free tickets, and season tickets. Each has its own section in Studio.
Can I run early bird or tiered pricing?
You can set up different ticket types and allocations. If you need one allocation to open at a particular time or after another sells out, confirm the release setup with us before announcing it.
How do free tickets work?
Free tickets have their own section in Studio, so guest list and no-charge entry are handled the same way as paid tickets and scan the same way at the gate.
A free ticket is free. There is no TicketSoft fee and no Stripe fee, because no card is charged.
What are season tickets for?
Season tickets let you bring a set of fixtures together in one pass. We'll confirm the included fixtures and admission setup with you before the season goes on sale.
